服樂維靈流感疫苗(Fluvirin)用於預防流感。常見副作用包括頭痛、肌肉痠痛、關節痛、發燒、疲倦、發冷、注射部位紅腫疼痛。這些反應通常1-2天內會自行消失。少數人可能出現過敏反應，極少數情況下可能導致休克或臉部、喉嚨腫脹。其他罕見副作用包含皮膚紅疹、血管發炎、神經痛、麻木感、抽搐、神經系統疾病、血小板減少、淋巴結腫大。如有任何嚴重不適，請立即就醫。

| 副作用 | Common side effects (affect 1 to 10 users in 100): headache sweating muscle pain (myalgia) joint pain (arthralgia) fever generally feeling unwell (malaise) shivering fatigue local reactions: redness, swelling, pain, bruising (ecchymosis), hardness (induration) around the injection site. These reactions usually disappear within 1-2 days without treatment. Side effects that occurred after the vaccine came on the market: allergic reactions, in rare cases leading to shock swelling of the head and neck, including face, lips, tongue, throat, or other body parts (angioedema) in very rare cases skin reactions that may spread throughout the body, including itching (pruritus, urticaria) and rash blood vessel inflammation (vasculitis), which may result in skin rashes and, in very rare cases, temporary kidney problems nerve pain (neuralgia) unusual sensations of touch, pain, heat, and cold (paraesthesia) seizures (convulsions) associated with fever neurological disorders that may result in stiff neck, confusion, numbness, pain and weakness of the limbs, loss of balance, loss of reflexes, and paralysis of part or all of the body (encephalomyelitis, neuritis, Guillain-Barré Syndrome) low platelet count (thrombocytopenia), which can cause excessive bruising or bleeding temporary swelling of the glands in the neck, armpit, or groin (transient lymphadenopathy) |
